本案择址昆明市呈贡新城区，毗邻滇池、生态宜居。素有“花都”之美称的昆明，其鲜花种类繁多、旖旎非常。

于花栖息处·筑现代雅居
我们将“宅”作为空间主题，并以此为基础，将昆明自然生态的动、植物地域特质融入其中，在艺术“宅”居背景下，选用热烈的红色调动空间能量，实现空间的“新”与“异”。
With dwelling as the main spatial line, we integrated regionalcharacteristics of flora and fauna of the city into the space; inthe context of an artistic dwelling, we use warm red to mobilizespace energy and make the space both "new" and "unique".
谧花雅境，蝶舞影梦；在客餐厅一体化设计中，硬装取消电视墙的设计，增加客厅尺度，使超大横厅满足“宅”居理想；罗奇堡的Bloom花瓣椅优雅绽放，墙面彩蝶飞舞的装置艺术为空间注入了更加鲜活的生命力，蒲公英落地灯随风摇曳，地毯上树影婆娑的影子，勾勒出曼妙自然画境，在一个微风正好的晨间，阳光柔和的洒进来，让人放下疲惫，整个空间变得安静而惬意。
An elegant realm is ideal for butterfly dream. In the integrationdesign of guest restaurant, we cancel the TV wall and increase thesize of the living room in hard decoration, creating a largehorizontal hall to realize the "dwelling" ideal. Rochburgh’s bloompetal chairs are like flowers blooming gracefully, while theinstallation art patterning colorful butterflies dancing on thewall injects more vitality into the space. Dandelion floor lampswaying with the wind and the shadow of the tree shadow whirling onthe carpet outline a graceful natural landscape. On a breezyweekend morning, the sunshine fills the space softly, refreshingthe residents and turning the whole space into quiet andcomfortable accommodation.
方正格局中，墙面一方酒柜点亮空间，与精致桌椅形成对称；一串不规则灯饰，以优雅灵动的姿态打破空间格局，与硬装的静美相得益彰。果盘、花艺，酒具，仪式感在餐桌上展现得淋漓尽致，克制而优雅的美感，在简约的空间结构中，用多元的设计元素，打造一场关于艺术的“宅”居生活体验。In a square layout, a wine cabinet on the wall lights up the spaceand forms a perfect symmetry with delicate tables and chairs. Astring of irregular lights breaks the spatial pattern with elegant,smart posture, matching perfectly with the static beauty of harddecoration. Fruit bowls, floral arrangements, and wine sets fillsthe dining table with a sense of ceremony in an incisive and vividstyle. Restrained but elegant aesthetics is introduced into thesimple spatial structure, where multiple design elements are usedto deliver an artistic dwelling experience.
一楼待客空间中，楼梯镂空隔断处理，连通开放书房，营造轻盈、闲适的空间内蕴；引入云南普洱、滇茶等茶文化打造独特空间，集书房与茶室为一体，避世间纷扰，寻内心宁静。
In the reception space on the first floor, stairs are hollowed outinto partitions to build a link with the open study, creating alight and leisurely spatial mood. Yunnan Pu'er, Yunnan tea andother tea culture are introduced to build a unique space. Thus, theconnected study and tea room allows the dwellers to flee theworldly business into inner peace.
普洱名茶八色清，龙芽早占一枝春；香闻百里芝兰气，翠满千山瑞草芬。精美茶具、茶叶礼盒陈列，以及花鸟植物标本，与硬装石材、金属等材质结合，方寸间成就一片禅意之所。
The famous Pu'er tea features bright colors, its tender buds sproutearly in the spring; its sweet fragrance fill the air near and far,while its green leaves add to the beauty of the mountains. Whenex tea set, tea gift box display, specimens of flowers,birds and plants, hard decoration stones, metal and other materialsare ushered in, the space becomes a realm of Zenspirit.
环绕旋转楼梯盘旋而上，在石材与玻璃的现代结构里，寻觅生活的“质”与“美”。
The spiral staircase spirals up, seeking the and beauty oflife in the modern structure of stone and glass.

休憩空间以“简雅”为主，在布局上，将原有书房，改造为步入式衣帽间，摒弃繁琐的装饰，以明暗有致的光影效果，营造空间艺术气息；架空层区域搭建成主卧，同时满足卧室、起居室的功能需求。淡雅的米灰色调，营造宁静舒适之感；一抹红色点缀其间，移步换景间，仿佛能嗅闻到花的清香。
The rest space highlights the "simple and elegant" tone. On layout,the original study is transformed to a walk-in closet. Tediousdecoration is replaced by light and shadow effect to create anartistic atmosphere of the space. The overhead area is built intothe master bedroom to enable it to function both as a bedroom and aliving room. As the elegant beige grey tones create a sense oftran and comfort, a touch of red is added so that, as thedwellers move around, they feel like smelling the fragrance offlowers.
洒满阳光的落地窗，大地色与绿植的碰撞，静谧空间，藏纳了对家人的爱与关怀，也藏着居住者对“宅”居生活的心灵寄托，一个关于陪伴的幸福栖居。
The French window is designed to welcome in the sunlight. Thewedding of earth color and green plants makes the quiet space fullof your love and care for your family. Further, it offers thegreatest spiritual sustenance to the dweller for his ideal of homelife. in brief, it is a happy habitation ofcompanionship.
设计的本质源于自然，儿童房以冷静的蓝色与黑白为基底，结合昆明丛林深深、云山雾谷的地域环境，用野兔、猴子、梅花鹿等动物元素，在童话之境中构建一场艺术与生活的对话。
The essence of design originates in nature. Children's room isbased on calm blue and black and white. In the light of theregional environment of deep jungle and foggy valley in Kunming,hare, monkey, sika deer and other animal elements are used toconstruct a dialogue between art and life in a fairy taleland.
艺术“宅”居，是一种新的生活方式，蕴含艺术“宅”与陪伴“宅”，我们通过生活方式、丰富情感及在地人文风物的融合，让艺术回归生活；于谧花雅境，与家人相伴，享惬意人生。
